Incidents such as disturbances or complains that need to be registered and diagnosed or worked on, have an individual system workflow. Registered incidents are automatically redirected to the first-line department or contractor/sub-contractor. If they are not able to handle the incident, it can be forwarded to the second-line party with the click of a mouse.
All relevant parties are informed throughout the process, including the person who called to report the incident.
