When multi-disciplinary jobs need to be done in order to complete an event or activity, this can be

facilitated with the intelligent JUNO activity structure. An activity may comprise an endless number of jobs.
A specified party (contractor, department or employee) is responsible for each job and each job may
include step-by-step instructions, as shown in the clip below.

Dynamic contracting concep in the field of facility and property management

Dynamic contracting is the fastest and most efficient way to make and manage contracts and plan approved contract work, all in a single module. 

When we generate a new contract, in JUNO its called a Service Plan, you will see the most updated version of the contract in p.d.f. or office formats to your requirements. Click the button, create service plan. This is just one example of the dynamic contracting concept.

Incidents such as disturbances or complains that need to be registered and diagnosed or worked on, have an individual system workflow. All relevant parties are informed throughout the process, including the person who called to report the incident.

I am very proud that the entire JUNO application is working with a beta version Language Selection Support (LSS). So now JUNO can be displayed in multiple languages.

And we established to capture field information with a easy to use and quit cheap NOKA nfc-cell phone running with JUNO mobile application.

Introductie - Deming over kwaliteitsdenken

Dr. W. Edwards Deming beschreef in één van zijn vele publicaties: "Leren is niet verplicht.....overleven ook niet". Inderdaad U bent vrij om te kiezen.

In deze uiteenzetting presenteren wij u geen economisch model maar een mentaliteit van leren, denken en actie. Uw grootsheid wordt bepaald door de erkenning van uw klanten, niet van uw vakbroeders hoe verleidelijk ook. Uw klant en niet het bedrijf zelf, bepaalt of een product of dienst voldoet aan de eisen.

Om aan de grootse verwachtingen van uw klanten (zoals bijvoorbeeld: patiënten, hun bezoekers, medewerkers, medisch specialisten, huisartsen, ambulancemedewerkers en andere 3de-lijns-zorgers) te voldoen zult u doorlopend een paar belangrijke stappen moeten maken. Een mentaliteit ontwikkelen dat uw omgeving doorlopend enthousiaster maakt om samen te werken aan kleine verbeteringen van de totale dienstverlening. Het is van essentieel belang dat u dit kunt doen met goede mensen. De juiste mensen hebt u nodig om succesvol te worden. Hebt u de juiste mensen? Zitten zij op de juiste plek? Hoe kom ik aan de juiste mensen op de juiste plek? Naar ons oordeel zijn dit belangrijke zaken die een voorwaarde vormen voor het succesvol hanteren van kwaliteitsmanagement-sytemen.

Met de juiste mensen op de juiste plek en de juiste discipline zal het stapje voor stapje gebeuren. U zult het vliegwiel eerst in beweging moeten brengen. Heel gericht energie steken om een enkele omwenteling te forceren. U zult er doorlopend tegen moeten duwen om het te laten draaien. Telkens een beetje harder. Telkens opnieuw nog een beetje harder, met uw hele team doorlopend de gerealiseerde grenzen overschrijdend. Op enig moment voelt u dat het gaat komen, maar u weet nooit precies wanneer....... dan opeens ………een doorbraak!

U wist al die tijd dat u die doorbraak zou realiseren. U heeft vele stappen gemaakt die ertoe hebben geleidt dat het hele verblijf van uw klanten door hen als rimpelloos en prettig wordt ervaren. Uw klanten zullen pas dan plotsklaps ervaren dat het geweldig is om bij u klant te zijn. Zij worden fan van het merk van uw organisatie. Zij ervaren uw gehele organisatie als een volledig geoliede machine. Het gebouw waarin zij komen zal voor hen overzichtelijk en eenvoudig ogen. Zij zullen nu doorlopend veiligheid (geborgenheid) en comfort ervaren. Ze zullen werkelijk gastvrij bejegend worden door al uw medewerkers en gedurende het hele verblijf informatie krijgen waar zij het meeste behoefte aan hebben. En als zij (deze ware ambassadeurs van van uw organisatie) de behoefte hebben, zullen zij geen enkele schroom voelen om een opmerking, suggestie of klacht te uiten. Ook zullen zij door u uitgedaagd worden om u te helpen om nog beter te worden, uw voorsprong nog verder uit te bouwen.

Uw werk zal een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan herstel en welbevinden van uw belangrijkste klanten.
